My entire experience with Rusty's was fantastic. They were very accommodating and helpful in every aspect. From the moment I initially called to first inquire about them being able to look at my car, Adam went above and beyond in every way. He explained everything to me and went over all my options. He'd send me texts throughout the day letting me know any updates. He continuously reached out to my extended warranty every few hours to get a payment from them as quickly as possible once service was done with my car so that I wasn't inconvenienced too much with the lack of a car . If it wasn't for my extended warranty taking until the next morning to submit payment, I would have had my car back that same day. I would 10000% recommend this place!!

I had the most awful experience at the place that I've ever had with a mechanic. I originally took my car here to get looked at for a check engine light. I had read many reviews on this shop and they were mostly good but upon my own experience I received something quite differently and believe the reviews to be false. After almost $4K worth of work at this place I started having the same issues with the card that I originally went in there for. I took my car to two separate mechanics to make sure that it in fact was the issue that had occurred months prior when I took it to Rusty's to get fixed. To my surprise, both mechanics confirmed that not only was the problem not fixed but Rusty forgot to connect wires. You can imagine how disappointed I was as I had paid so much money to get this problem fixed and went without a car for three days. Upon calling Rusty's though very helpful on the phone with me they were not so helpful with the warranty company and took over a week to help get my issue resolved on their end. They sent me to a new shop because I was so far away and I no longer trusted them with my vehicle. The best and only thing they have is their warranty on their parts so yo

I cannot say enough great things about Rusty's! I brought my 2019 BMW 430i in after another shop had replaced my mass air flow sensor three weeks prior and my check engine light came back on. That same shop then quoted me an additional repair for a PCV system issue. Something didn't feel right so I brought my car to Rusty's for a second opinion. From the moment I walked in the staff was honest, thorough and genuinely interested in getting to the bottom of the issue. They did a complete and detailed diagnostic, tested the PCV system which came back completely fine, performed a thorough smoke test and ultimately identified an intermittent purge valve malfunction as the actual cause. The diagnostic report they provided was incredibly detailed and professional — explaining exactly what they tested, what they found and why. This is a shop that clearly takes pride in getting it RIGHT, not just getting it done. Rusty's has worked on my family's cars for years and today reminded me exactly why we keep coming back. Addendum: I was recently contacted by Rusty's Garage, who inquired further about the situation and subsequently issued a refund. I sincerely appreciate their acknowledgment of the issue and the efforts they have made to resolve it. I trust that this was an isolated incident. As a recommendation to other customers, I suggest always request all replaced parts when collecting your vehicle. I privately messaged Rusty's Garage days ago. I wanted to allow them to respond to my concerns and receive reciprocation. I STRONGLY advise you, the customer, to seriously consider on not hiring this outfit. This is my original message: On June 21, 2025, this establishment performed an oil pan gasket replacement. Six months later, both BMW and an independent mechanic concluded that the gasket still requires replacement. Based on these findings, it appears that the workmanship provided by Rusty's did not align with expected quality standards. Photographic documentation of the oil pan leak areas are available upon request. I do not believe the service represented good value for the money spent. Rustys Garage was a fantastic experience dealing with Keith and the technician (didn’t get his name, sorry). Considering my past efforts with other companies who supposedly dealt with unique types of classic cars, I took my 1973 VW Thing to have some work done even with this being a very unique car to work on by today’s standards. Not only did they fix all issues, they actually researched the car for proper parts and manuals to install specific items. They were the best at communicating with me not only by phone calls but also with emails and photos of issues they found regarding safety. At this point, they allowed me to pick and choose which items I’d like fixed. This was an overwhelming sense of comfort compared to all my previous experiences with other garages. I can guarantee no person will be disappointed in their professionalism, dedication and communication standards. Job well done. Thank you.
